How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: toddy or mug / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 5 mn
Pour the Amaretto, simple syrup and hot coffee directly into the glass.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Top with a layer of whipped cream.
The recipe for Italian coffee can also be made with galliano liqueur or another base alcohol of Italian origin than Amaretto.
