Tampico cocktail : a french cocktail made with Cointreau, Campari and Tonic.


For 1 person
2 cl Cointreau
3 cl Campari
2 cl lemon juice
5 cl tonic

How to make

Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (12cl) / Time: 4 mn
  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Pour the Cointreau, the Campari, the lemon juice then top with tonic.

  3. Stir with a mixing spoon.


The Tampico cocktail is said to have been created in the 1960s by Rudolf Slavick, bartender at the Georges V hotel and Knight of the Legion of Honor.
