Jamaican Coffee: a hot drink with coffee and Jamaican rum.


For 1 person
4 cl jamaican rum
1 cl simple syrup
10 cl hot coffee
whipped cream

How to make

Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: coffee cup / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 5 mn
  1. Pour Jamaican rum, simple syrup and hot coffee directly into the glass.

  2. Stir with a mixing spoon.

  3. Top with a layer of whipped cream.


The Jamaican Coffee recipe can also be made with Tia Maria, a Jamaican coffee-based liqueur that makes the cocktail smoother.
