Ale Sangaree

15 cl of ale beer
1 tsp sugar
grated nutmeg

How to make

Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 2 mn
  1. Pour a tablespoon of water into a glass, then dissolve the powdered sugar in it.

  2. Fill the glass with ale beer.

  3. Stir with a mixing spoon.

  4. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
