Brandy Egg Nog: Toast without preconceptions with a very good egg-based cocktail.


For 1 person
6 cl brandy (Cognac)
1 egg
2 cl simple syrup
5 cl milk
Nutmeg powder

How to make

Technique: shaker / Glass: old-fashioned / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 4 mn
  1. Shake the brandy, egg and simple syrup with a few ice cubes.

  2. Strain into the glass.

  3. Top with milk and sprinkle with nutmeg.


The Brandy Egg Nog is the brandy variation of the great classic Egg Nogg cocktail.
